Wow, 90 degrees and above makes one rather lazy!

So, to get you motivated, join DGIIN for a short ‘acoustic’ foot stomping kinda show outdoors at Hopmonk Sebastopol for a pre-4th gathering at 10:30PM on the 3rd!

HORSES HEAVEN are returning to Bijou’s old neighborhood for a party at Caspar Inn, Mendocino on Saturday, July 5th at 9:00PM. Memorial Day Weekend!

Kinda wish I’d bought tickets to Cali Roots Festival this weekend! What a show!!  The Women’s Herbal Symposium was an alternative choice but was closed for registration by the time I decided I wanted to go! I guess that’ll teach me not to procrastinate in future!

Fortunately, though, the McCloud Mushroom Festival is happening in Mount Shasta area! Beso Negro will be playing at 4:00PM on Saturday, May 24th.

So, I welcome the long weekend and sunshine filled days. I will also take time to reflect on why we have a Memorial Day holiday.

UC Davis is going all out for the 45th Whole Earth Festival this weekend! It starts on Friday, May 9th and finishes on Sunday night.
