As many of you know, my ‘other’ life is as a healer! When I’m not promoting and booking music, I’m working with people on their health and well-being. I’m a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Massage Therapist. Ayurveda has been around for about 5,000 years, and is one of the oldest holistic healing systems. It is based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit. The primary focus of Ayurvedic medicine is to promote good health, rather than fight disease.
